Ford Motor Company, as a course of conduct, will sell a car upon receipt of a check made out to an agent (dealer, et.), but will NOT accept or acknowledge a debt as paid upon receipt of a check from a customer by FORD MOTOR CREDIT.
Discrimination occurs when the the "Buyer" becomes a "Customer." This is a Federal Crime. FORD Motor Company culpably prevents customers from making payments, per their own admission. Such course of conduct includes hanging up on telephone customers, and/or placing telephone customers on "hold." The purpose of this course of this RICO conduct by Ford Motor Company is to extend the time to cause a default on a loan, or extend the time to enable repossession of a customer in default - all RICO actionable in Federal Court.
Ford Motor Company uses illegal "dummy" corporations, such as KLINE RECOVERY INC (who unlawfully uses the name "First Financial Services," a legitimate company at another address), which is NOT a legitimate Florida Company, and has NO "Fictitious Name" registered. To put it bluntly, THEY DON'T EXIST, nor do they have a "REGISTERED AGENT" for service of subpoenas, et. Therefore, FORD MOTOR COMPANY CONSPIRES (18 USC 241) AND DENIES THEIR CUSTOMERS THEIR SIXTH and FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT RIGHTS "UNDER COLOR OF LAW (18 USC 242)" TO "DUE PROCESS."
